We try to ship all orders as soon as we receive them. However the products we sell are all imported from the UK and owing to the long time it takes for items to reach us, we may be out of stock. If you need a particular product and need to know if it will arrive for a certain date (birthday for example) please call and we can advise you about the time in transit and if an item is out of stock when we expect a new supply.

We normally ship via UPS for "Standard" shipping and Priority mail for "Expedited" shipping. The post office states that Prioity mail is delivered in 2 - 3 days. This may take longer depending on weather conditions and time of year (Christmas for example)

Orders that are shipped via UPS can be tracked by going to the UPS website and entering the tracking number for your shipment. UPS will then show you where the package is and when to expect it for delivery.

The post office issues tracking numbers, but it is not possible to track a package with the post office in the same way as with UPS. The post office does not scan packages into their system until the package is about to be delivered. The post office tracking information will then show only that the package has been delivered, and the date of delivery.

Packages that are shipped to countries outside the USA are shipped via Air Parcel Post. It is not possible to track packages that are sent in this manner. Orders that are shipped outside the USA can take up to 3 weeks to arrive depending on their destination, and the speed that packages are cleared through customs in the country to which the package is going to. Please note that customs duties and delivery fees may be charged by that country. You are responsible for paying these fees on receipt of your package.
