Our policy is to satisfy the customer in every way that we can. If you have a problem with any of the products that you receive. Please email us at baimp2@sbcglobal.net or if you are in the USA please call us toll free at 1-888-480-8276.

If you wish to return a product you purchased from us for credit please call or email us first for return authorisation. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs on returned items. Upon receipt of the returned items your account with Amazon will be credited. The credit will not include the cost of shipping the product to you, unless it is determined that the fault lies with us.

If an item arrives broken or damaged, we will make a replacment or if a replacment cannot be made we will credit your account. It is important that you keep the boxes that the items came in and the damaged products, since we will iniatiate a claim against the shipping companies and they may request to see the products or the boxes the products came in.
