Other mint teas eclipse this one but Taylors of Harrogate still offers a good tea Oct 05, 2011

I was at a conference and Taylors of Harrogate's herbal peppermint tea was provided. The flavor was clean and minty. It is a perfect after dinner tea. I love dipping a few of Anna's Thins, Chocolate Mint, 5.25-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 12) in this tea. It is a simple tea. You know what you are drinking. There is no flavor confusion that accompanies some teas. I'm a fan and would recommend it to any mint fan.

In addition to this tea, I've consumed several other mint teas, including Bigelow Peppermint Herbal Tea, 20-Count Boxes (Pack of 6), Harney & Sons Fine Teas Organic Peppermint - 50 Tea bags and SerendipiTea Organic Mint, Au Naturale Tisane & Peppermint Tea, 2-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 2). In terms of freshness, Taylors of Harrogate peppermint tea falls behind the Bigelow tea and the Harney & Sons tea. When you open the Bigelow and Harney & Sons tea, the mint scent is incredibly strong. Taste wise, the Taylors of Harrogate is very good, but again falls behind the options offered by Bigelow and Harney & Sons. SerendipiTea Organic Mint, Au Naturale Tisane & Peppermint Tea, 2-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 2) is equal to Taylors of Harrogate in terms of freshness and taste.

While it is convenient to use individually bagged teas while traveling or at conferences, they definitely lead to more waste. If you like mint tea and are willing to use a home brewer like Finum Goldton Filters, Blue and Green, a good loose mint tea is SerendipiTea Organic Mint, Au Naturale Tisane & Peppermint Tea, 2-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 2).

Again, for traveling and conference purposes, Taylors of Harrogate Herbal Peppermint is very good. If you cannot find Taylors of Harrogate, look for Harney & Sons Fine Teas Organic Peppermint - 50 Tea bags. If you don't mind storing loose tea, try SerendipiTea Organic Mint, Au Naturale Tisane & Peppermint Tea, 2-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 2). If freshness and flavor of optimal importance, go for the mint tea options offered by Bigelow or Harney & Sons.
