I really love this little pot. I drink several cups a day and this is wonderfull. It is cute, light weight, and keeps tea hot for quite a while. And as stated it is perfect for just over 2 large mugs worth at a time. Highly recommend!!

4 small cups vs. 2 big mugs Sep 30, 2005

This teapot really only serves 4 very small china cups of tea, & only the cucumber sarnie brigade drink out of those these days!
It does, however, provide two nice large mugs of tea, & it keeps the tea lovely & hot while brewing, for quite long time, without using a tea cozy.

Easy to handle stainless teapot Dec 31, 2009
By Sharon Very pleased with the materials, design and construction. Handle stays cool, infuser large and easy to clean. Considering buying the two- and six-cup models as well.

Cup of tea? Oct 28, 2009
By David E. Holtzinger I'm a long time coffee drinker but recently decided to switch to loose leaf tea. One of the items I needed to make this happen was a tea pot. Checked out various offerings on Amazon and decided on the SST (stainless steel teapot). It's a nice pot, holds twenty-eight ounces of liquid, more than enough for 4 six oz or 3 eight oz cups of tea. I find that I get a satisfying cup of tea using Rishi Earl Grey, three tea spoons to a pot with a four minute brew. The pot doesn't keep the tea as warm for as long as I'd like but that's what a microwave is for. The included tea basket works great. The handle is a bit awkward but all in all a good selection. If you like the look of stainless then you can't go wrong with the SST.
TERRIFIC TEAPOT! Dec 23, 2011

This teapot is the best! Nice thick quality stainless steel. I bought it for my 7yr-old & 9yr-old. They love having hot tea with this thing. It's the perfect size & weight for little hands that are learning to use such items. The strainer fits nicely inside and is perfect for either loose tea or bags. Just pour hot water into it & let it steep for a few minutes. There are a few cheaper options available, but trust me.. this one is worth paying a little extra. And it meets the minimum for free shipping! FYI-- It does not hold 4 cups, just slightly over 2 cups.
