I have long been a fan of this product. For those who get bored with the traditional Orange Marmalade, here it the boredom antidote. This Marmalade is smoother than most Orange version but it is more expensive. One was of economizing is to mix it in a ratio of 1 part Lemon/Lime to 3 parts regular Orange Marmalade. The Lemon/Lome has enough tang to infise itself into the rest and create a delightful concotion.

While I don't like this as well as Rose's Lime Marmalade, and can't help wondering why the "Lemon Lime" actually looks greener than the straight "Lime," it still makes a tasty spread.

I cannot believe this is available here. This is the absolute perfect marmalade. Not too sweet, not too much rind. I have been hauling this stuff back in suitcases from the UK for an age. It makes the perfect gift. People swoon for it.
